"Involution" is my personal project, the story of the journey of one young woman through life; Her struggle to re-awaken spiritually and find the right path in her life. Following the heartfelt and surrendering your former self is the only way to happiness. Graceful involution.
"Involution" is a series of nine images done on a medium-format film camera. This project was done in three separate photo sessions and took an additional 120 hours of processing in the darkroom. I used split-filter and split-toning techniques to develop the images.
